The Abastos apartment is well located in Valencia’s Covent garden equivalent area with a myriad of many fine restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours encircling the fine Art-Deco Mercado(was Valencia’s main wholesalers market now a municipal sports/pool gym etc) all with outside terraces
Well placed for all of Valencia’s cultural attractions. 10 mins walk to the mainline railway station, bullring and main Ayuntiamiento Plaza. If you want to shop Calle Colon is just 12/15 mins walk for designer clothing smart department stores etc.
For the beaches and the Americas cup port the metro at Angel Guimera just 3 mins walk and about 15/20 mins traveling will take to a fine long safe sandy beach with many more smart restaurants and a long esplanade.
For night owls then Calle Juan Llorens just 3 mins away with salsa bars, nightclubs offers plenty of choice. El Carmen just 10/12 min walk away offers plenty of choice and non-stop partying along the Calle Quart via the landmark Torres de Quart. Other clubs etc are either beach based or out of town.
